Our schools have begun discussions and planning efforts for end of year graduations and promotions, which will be in-person now that Orange County is in the Orange Tier (see charts below for a few exceptions).
While graduations and promotions are planned to be in-person, with speeches and performances, there will be COVID-19 safety precautions in place.
In-Person Graduation and Promotion Safety Requirements:

Two guests per graduate (or 4 guests if we move to yellow tier)

Masks required

Social distancing
Since not everyone will want or be able to attend the in-person graduation and promotion, a live-streaming of each event will be available.

Additional details about the graduations and promotions, including sixth grade promotions, will be shared by the school administration as it becomes available. Schools also will share information related to end of year activities and senior events, as guidance on these gatherings was recently updated.
