Prospective Student-Athletes

Students who plan to compete in NCAA Division I or Division II athletics at a college or university must register with the NCAA Eligibility Center and meet NCAA academic eligibility requirements.

Request an Official Transcript 

To have an official high school transcript sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center, please email: Mr. De La Riva: cdelariva@nmusd.us

When requesting your transcript, please include:

  • Full Name as it appears on your NCAA account
  • Date of Birth
  • NCAA ID Number

Providing this information will help ensure your transcript is matched to the correct NCAA Eligibility Center account.
